Cancelations & Refunds

For cancellations of standard orders, Studio Bakes requires a minimum of 48 hours notice via email (hello@studiobakes.com.au), prior to the collection or delivery date scheduled.

 

If a request to cancel an order is received within the adequate required 48 hour period, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months. If a refund is preferred, the customer will receive the full amount, less a cancellation administration fee.

 

Any orders cancelled within 48 hours prior to collection or delivery will not be eligible for a refund or credit note.

 

For cancellations of custom orders, Studio Bakes requires a minimum of 7 days notice via email (hello@studiobakes.com.au), prior to the collection or delivery date scheduled. A credit note can then be issued for the full value less a cancellation administration fee and any costs already incurred for the preparation of your order (these include but are not limited to ingredients, toppers, edible images, cardstock images, figurines, fondant work, and specific packaging).

 

When a refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the money to successfully process into your account.
