Can I pick up my order?


Yes, store pickup is encouraged. We are located at:
Shop 3, 47 Stowe Avenue, Campbelltown NSW
(Corner of Tailby Street, beneath the Stowe Apartments).


Pickup Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed



What are your delivery days and times?


Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are reserved for custom cakes for special events only.


Delivery Time Frames:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Sunday: Special events only



Do you deliver to commercial premises like wedding venues, hotels, schools, etc.?


Absolutely! Please provide the venue contact, event booking name, and start time during checkout, and we will deliver accordingly.




What products can be delivered?


Our cakes, cupcakes, and cookies can be hand-delivered within 15 km of our Campbelltown store. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our bakery or arrange your own courier.




How much is delivery?


Delivery pricing depends on the distance from our bakery:

  • 0-5 km: $20

  • 5-10 km: $25

  • 10-15 km: $30



How will I know my order has arrived?


Once your order has been delivered, we will notify you via email and SMS (if needed). For certain venues, deliveries may be left with front reception or kitchen staff. We’ll inform you who accepted the order and where it’s being stored. Please ensure we have your mobile phone number when ordering.




I have a corporate order and need to ship to various addresses. Can you help?


Yes! Please email us with recipient addresses, and our team will provide a quote. We have experience delivering corporate campaigns across Australia at competitive rates.

What products can be shipped via Australia Post?


Cookies, brownies, and retail items can be shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided to monitor your parcel.




When can I expect my parcel to arrive?


We generally dispatch cookies with 48hrs hours and we cannot advise specific delivery times however we use Australia Post & recommend allowing 3-7 business days for delivery after the time of dispatch.


Please note that delivery times may be longer on large occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas etc. and as such, we recommend ordering earlier to allow sufficient time. Delays may occur due to situations that are beyond our control however we and our delivery partners will endeavour to minimise this.




What if the recipient isn’t available to receive their order?


For Residential Deliveries:

Orders will be left at the front door in a safe/shaded spot, if available.


For Commercial Deliveries:

Orders will be left with front reception or a designated contact.


If delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as incorrect addresses or delivery rejections, we will contact the customer to discuss options. If we cannot reach either party, the order will be marked as abandoned (as all orders are freshly made).


A re-make/re-delivery fee will apply for a new delivery.




What happens if I provide the wrong address?


If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes can be made if the order hasn’t been booked for delivery yet.


If the incorrect address results in a failed delivery, a re-make/re-delivery fee will apply to resend the order on the next available delivery date.
